58 mm Button Badge Maker Machine and DIY Supply Kits

Turn printed images and hand-drawn artwork into custom button badges for bags, gifts, school projects and creative activities. This hand-operated badge maker creates a finished badge diameter of 58 mm. The finished badge size is different from the paper cutting size.

Choose a Machine Kit or Materials Pack

Pink and blue starter kits (BN-EEA008 / BN-EEA009) include the selected machine, 100 metal shells, 100 badge backs, a spacer, circle cutter, maintenance tools, cutting mat, 100 paper circles and 100 clear films.

Pink and blue basic kits (BN-EEA010 / BN-EEA011) add decorative and display materials. Review the option images for the full accessory selection before ordering.

Basic and deluxe materials packs (BN-EEA012 / BN-EEA015) are supply-only options. A badge making machine is not included in those packs. Select compatible supplies for the item you want to make.

How to Make a Button Badge

Prepare your image or hand-drawn artwork and cut it to the required circle size.
Place the metal shell face up in the first mold, then add the artwork and clear protective film.
Rotate the mold into position and press firmly.
Place the spacer and badge back in the second mold, with the raised side facing up.
Rotate into position and press fully, then remove the completed badge.

Use the appropriate materials when making refrigerator magnets or compact mirrors. Follow the instructions for your selected components.

Before You Start

Children should use the machine with an adult. Pressing may require adult strength, and incorrect use can affect the finished result. Confirm your selected kit contents before ordering.
